Spring Break! WOOOO!
So, even though I'm stuck here...my break hasn't really been THAT boring!
Friday 3/30
Friday night a bunch of us went over to Emily's house to watch Happy Feet (she'd never seen it before) and hang out before Courtney and Elizabeth left for NC for the remainder of break. It was A LOT of fun! There was lots of poking each other and throwing things at each other. We learned that hershey kisses make excellent ammunition!
Saturday 3/31
Saturday was pretty boring, actually. It rained, so I was stuck inside ALL DAY until about 8 when a bunch of us went over to Casey's house. We lit his fire pit and roasted marshmellows, hot dogs, etc. AJ learned the hard way where the stairs to Casey's pool start...at least he didn't fall in. It was fun, even though we basically just sat around and talked, which was nice. Alexis and I were on the swing...it was funny because it kept swinging side to side rather than forward and backward, so the swing seat kept running into the poles of the swing. Then we would laugh hysterically and the others would look at us funny. It was great! We all also had fun burning things, like wrappers, water bottles, and marshmellows!
Sunday 4/1
Sunday I rang bells in Church and went to musical practice later. It was sort of a lazy day.

Monday 4/2
Monday was great! Kaytee and I hung out for about 5 and a half hours, most of which were spent outside. We had fun taking pictures of the scenary in the Lakes of Worthington, Woodbridge Green park, and the elementary school playground. We both got kind of nasty sunburns. I had only put a little dot of sunscreen on one spot of my arm because then the bottle was empty, so now I have a nice white, un-sunburned spot on my arm that is red from sunburn besides that. We also trespassed in a "no trespassing" area, but we didn't get in trouble or cause any chaos...so it's all good!
Tuesday 4/3
I didn't do much on Tuesday. I guess the most fun thing was going to Stantons and getting an AWESOME trumpet book that has Beatles' music in it. It's sooo cool!!
Wednesday/Thursday (4/4 / 4/5)
These two days where THE BEST so far out of my spring break!! Wed. night I had Kaytee, Emily, and Alexis over for a sleepover. We had 3 bags of pixi sticks, a 2 liter of Mt. Dew, and an assortmant of other junk food. We didn't sleep AT ALL. It was SOO much fun! At around 9:30-ish we called Courtney and Elizabeth and talked to them for a while, then when we got off the phone to them we talked amongst ourselves. At around 2 in the morning we called Courtney and Elizabeth again and talked for a little bit, but just because we had some questions for them. We got loopy and giddy around 3 in the morning. It's sort of hard to explain in words how we acted...but it was pretty amazing. At around 5 in the morning things got even MORE interesting! We called 6 guys (John, Brian, Casey, Woeste, Eric, and Michael) trying to find someone who would bring us doughnuts. John texted us back a few times as we left numorous messages for him...and eventually turned off his phone or something. Brian didn't hear his phone go off. Casey said he didn't have a car or a license, so he couldn't bring us doughnuts. Woeste said "You better have a damn good reason for calling me at this hour" or something like that, in which we replied to as "WE WANT DOUGHNUTS!" and then he hung up on us. Eric talked to us for a while, as we had drunken-sounding discussions over how to get the doughnuts to my house. And Michael didn't answer. It was SOO fun!! But then we felt bad for waking them up, so my dad picked up an extra box of doughnuts when he went to Krispy Kreme and we delivered some doughnuts to Eric, Woeste, and John and Brian. Eric gave us a "I can't believe you are here...what the heck do you want?!" look when he came to the door. Woeste left us standing on his front porch in the snow for like...20 minutes then opened the door and flicked us off. John and Brian were half awake, and John told us we were evil. But it was lots and lots of fun! Then we went to the mall for a few hours which was pretty cool...but got boring really fast. It was a fun, fun night.

Well, I don't know what I'm doing this weekend. Probably practicing my trumpet so Mr. J doesn't get mad at me...but who knows what else. So...yeah.

This weekend was Sibs Weekend at my sis's college (ONU). It was sooo fun!! Of course, Ada is a really small town...so there wasn't TONS to do, but we found stuff to keep ourselves entertained.
On Friday we went to Mac. and I got registered then we went to the White Bear and had dinner, afterwhich we headed back to her suite for a little while. A little before 8 we went over to Kinghorn to watch the "Survivor" game they did. We didn't want to participate, but it was incredibly amusing to watch. Lets just say ice pops and string going through people's shirts and pants...yeah. After that we went back to her suite and watched Cars and some videos off of YouTube.
On Saturday we went to a pancake breakfast at around 11. The guy who was making the pancakes was really cool...he threw them at you and you had to catch them on your plate! It was fun. We ate with her sorority twin, her twin's cousin (who goes to ONU), her twin's brother, and her twin's other cousin. After we ate we went to the bookstore and looked around for a while, then talked, and then Erin (my sis for those of you who don't know her name) and I went and said hi to one of her sorority little sis'. We then hung out in her suite for a little bit, then we walked down to NOM and got some coffee and wandered around Ada for a while. After that we stopped by her big's apartment to say hi, then visited her friend Emily. We then went back to the suite, watched the end of Mythbusters, went down to Mac and got some pizza and brought it back to the room. We ate it while we watched Moulin Rouge, Remember the Titans, and Save the Last Dance. It was like our own little movie marathon!! After that we watched the end of SNL.
Today (Sunday) we went over to Mac for brunch then hung out in Erin's suite for a while, watching Gilmore Girls mostly.

It was a really fun weekend! I hope I can go up next year too! I'll put pictures up on photobucket sometime in the near future. I didn't take many...but I'll still upload them. I'll probably post again when I have them up.

What. A. Week.

We (freshman, juniors, and seniors) had late start all week because the sophmores were taking OGTs. That was pretty cool. And Ohio weather is stupid. Tuesday was absolutely beautiful...like 70 degrees. And today it's SNOWING. Seriously. Curse you Ohio weather! I want spring for gosh sakes!! But anyways.
So my group is thinking about doing something later. I hope we do, that'll be fun.
I miss marching band.
Oh, I'm doing a musical at my church. It'll be cool. We're doing all Beatle's songs. Cool huh?
Spring break is in 2 weeks. I'm stuck here. But it should be fun, hopefully my friends and I can hang out or something.
I think I did horribly on a science test today. Oh well...I have an A in that class...I'll be fine.
I guess that's it. Wow. Boring entry. Oh well, suck it up.
HAHA just kidding.

Yesterday=interesting. I walked home with Kaytee, and we hung out at her house for a few hours. We ranted for about 30 minutes then played DDR. By that time Courtney came over too and soon enough Alexis called saying she needed to talk to me. See, we had this whole plan where she would go buy 2 things of Vault and she and I would drink it then go inside with half empty things of Vault, get hyper, and drive everyone crazy. Well, when I went outside to meet her Courtney and Kaytee locked us out, so Alexis and I stood on the side of the house chugging the Vault until we finally got back inside. This was when things got interesting. Courtney and I found plastic light sabers and we ended up running around Kaytee's court in bare feet fighting eachother with the light sabers. When we went in to get shoes and came back out Alexis and Kaytee had gotten a skateboard thing out so Courtney and I found a regular skateboard. We ended up sitting on it, both of us at the same time, and pushing ourselves around in the street. I had put my legs up and Courtney was stearing, so I had no control what-so-ever of the skateboard really and Courtney started pushing us backwards kind of fast. I turn my head and go, "Courtney...car!" and Alexis and Kaytee are yelling "CAR CAR!" but Courtney didn't stop and we ran, backwards, smack into the corner of the back bumber of a parked car. We sat on the skateboard for a second, then we both sort of fell off and layed in the street laughing. The car was really dirty, but the corner we had run into was nice and shiny because of us hitting it, so with her finger Courtney wrote "Wash me please" in the dirt on the car. Oh, and just in case you are wondering...running into the car (me being in the back, it was mostly my back that stopped us) DID hurt a bit. We goofed off like this for a while longer, then the fact that I had basically chugged almost a full thing of Vault started to sink in and I felt like crap. So Courtney and I started walking home because Kaytee had to eat dinner but we both just ended up going to my house and hanging out for a while, which was fun. Then all four of us went and watched the Wind Ensemble perform at contest at TWHS. It was a really fun night, even though I felt like crap...and I crashed at around 9:45 (like, really crashed...I could barely make out full sentances). It was a lot of fun, especially the goofing off after the contest and at Kaytee's house Oh, and yesterday my motto was "don't do what I just did"
This morning Freshman Band went to contest. We got a 2. I thought we would. I'm just happy we didn't get a 3. I'm really tired, now though. Ah well.

SOME people have complained about me not updating *cough**cough* hehe I'm just being difficult. Anyways, I really don't have much to say...it's been kind of an interesting week. Yesterday when Mr. Buford was raising the light fixtures or something he knocked off the cap on a fire sprinkler and set the fire alarm off (at 2 fricken 59 in the afternoon *grumbles under breath* school was almost over for goodness sake!) so we stood outside for like 10 minutes in the cold. Then when we got back in they couldn't get the water to stop in the auditorium and so it flooded (the pit too, because it was open) and they had to turn the main water off and try to fix it and somehow the tinkering made the lights freak out and they made everyone vacate the building AGAIN...so my private lesson got cut short, but oh well I guess.
But that's about the most interesting thing that has happened all week. Today was insanely slow, no joke.
I have an english quiz tomorrow. Hmmm...probably should finish reading the book. Eh. I will later, the day is still young-ish.

But yeah, not much more to say...comments would be greatly enjoyed
